Hi Team,
I have added anew user to defalutAzure directory as guest user and sent invitation to new user. He has accepted the request.Now when I am checking his name in azure diectory to assign role.I am not getting his name.
To cross verify I again tried to add that user as guest and send invitation but i am getting error as user is already in list.
Can you please guide how I can get his name in list and assign roles to him.

@gaurav kumar , thank you for reaching out to us. Can you try checking the user's list in Incognito/InPrivate mode?
@gaurav kumar , thank you for reaching out to us. Looks like you are able to invite guest users, so you might have Directory roles like guest inviter or user administrator.
To add guest users to your directory in the Azure portal:
Global Administrator role or any of the limited administrator directory roles such as guest inviter or user administrator. You are not able to see the Users' list because you don't have sufficient access to do so. I further suspect that the new user is successfully added by you but you cannot see them due to lack of permissions. For you to see the list of users, you need to assign yourself a global administrator role using GA user. Log in to Azure Portal by using the account with Global Administrator (Directory Role) permission for Azure AD. And then, assign Global Administrator role to your email ID. Check out this MSDN question around the same query.
If you cannot contact Global Administrator in any case, you can create a Support Ticket and then they will engage Data Protection team and after providing required evidence that you are the owner of the tenant, they will grant you Global Administrator access.

I am a co-administrator for this as mentioned in screensheet . So is it like co-administrator role does not have sufficient priviledge.

You should be able to see the invited user in Azure AD > Users > All Users
Do you have any active filters on in the list that might be filtering out the invited user?

That "Invitation state : None Selected" is actually a filter (where you can put in accepted or pending acceptance).
But also it says you don't have access to this data. Do you have the appropriate roles to view users in Azure AD? If so, have you tried signing out/back in to reauthenticate?
r May be i do not have sufficient access .My role is co--administrator. one of my team mate has role as owner . can you please guide me if my team mate who is owner can provide me sufficient access. if yes plesae let me know the steps how ma team mate update my access as it is presently co-administrator.

Thanks for the update .I checked and found all existing users are co-administrator. There is only one service administrator who is no longer in organization. Can you please guide me in this case as there is no administrator how I can get the adminstrtator access. Can it be done from your end.
