You should be able to see the invited user in Azure AD > Users > All Users
Do you have any active filters on in the list that might be filtering out the invited user?

I have added anew user to defalutAzure directory as guest user and sent invitation to new user. He has accepted the request.Now when I am checking his name in azure diectory to assign role.I am not getting his name.
To cross verify I again tried to add that user as guest and send invitation but i am getting error as user is already in list.
Can you please guide how I can get his name in list and assign roles to him.

Thanks for the update .I checked and found all existing users are co-administrator. There is only one service administrator who is no longer in organization. Can you please guide me in this case as there is no administrator how I can get the adminstrtator access. Can it be done from your end.
Yes that is correct . The problem here is the user who is the Global Admin role of my subscription is no longer in organization and no other team member has global admin role. So Can you please guide me in this case how I can get the global admin role access.
