Have flw problem:
While going throught remote management authentication on the company device after full reset of iphone, inserting creds and going throuth MS authenticator app have flw error:
The configuration for your Iphone could not be downloaded from .... (company name)
The operation couldn't be completed.
(BYCloudConfigRetrieveProfileFromWebErrorDomain error - 5.)
Anyone can help how to solve this?

Same issue as well. We've had success by rebuilding the device using Apple configurator on a MAC but that more of a work around than a fix. Would prefer to know the root cause to fix it permanently.
