Function to smooth hand drawings?

Sometimes when drawing sketches in ON I am mixing drawing figures with hand-drawn elements (using the pen).

Is there a way to "smoothen" hand drawn elements a bit, like reducing lines or arcs to have less base points and thus appear less jagged?

    AFAIK the settings available are the default ones. And it also depends on the pen in use.
