Netsuite SAML Provisioning

Question

I am configuring SAML SSO for Netsuite and would like to configure Provisioning.

I'm finding that even though it's advertised as working in the list Gallery apps and documentation, I get a message that it's not supported when trying to configure it. I had previously been able to access the configuration screens when we were reviewing using AAD SAML in this instance, but now I cannot.

Here's the icon for the gallery app, clearly showing the "Provisioning" icon:

The information at this link (from 01/21) also indicates that it should be working:

But when I click on the Provisioning tab inside of the Netsuite SAML SSO Enterprise App, I get this message:

So - which is it? Is Provisioning supported or not?

Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately we don't support the Netsuite provisioning at this point . Their API now enforces MFA and they don't support OAuth 2 or SCIM which we would need for a supportable solution. Microsoft is working with NetSuite to build a new modernized provisioning integration, but there is currently no ETA on when this will be completed.

Same has been updated here, hence I would recommend you to share your feedback to NetSuite vendor so that they consider this as priority and onboard the same.
