Pulsating worksheet

the entire excel worksheet pulsates nauseatingly.  can't make it stop

    No go. I can start the workstation up and then start Excel and it start's flashing within the next second when logged on to her profile. We compared settings on her Excel and mine. They are the same. Too bad, I was hoping for a AHA!!!! moment. We have decided to save the data and then reimage the workstation. I am sure it will fix it then. Thanks for your suggestion.

    I had a similar problem when running Outlook at the same time.  Try closing Outlook and then checking the task manager to make sure it is actually stopped.
