Full Screen Reading - Text Size Won't Decrease

I have some guitar tabs that I have formatted to view on two pages. When I went into the Full Screen Reading mode, I had initially increased the text size to test it. Now, even after closing word and opening another document, when I go into full screen reading, the text is a size too big and the Decrease Text Size button is grayed out. Why is this grayed out and how can I fix it?

I appreciate the help and both suggestions sounded very promising, but neither actually worked. However, I did see a button that wasn't there before after deleting the registry entries called "Show Printed Page". After clicking this button, the text was shown as it would be printed. So, that reset the text size to normal and it's all good. Thanks guys!

So, for anyone else trying to solve this problem, you may have to delete the registry entries, but click the "Show Printed Page" button. (The "Decrease Text Size" button is still grayed out though)

Hi, Can you tell me exactly what have u done step by step to fix this??

    Thanks in advance.

Deleting the Data key in the registry usually fixes "broken" options in menus and dialog boxes. See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/921541/en-us/ ("How to troubleshoot problems that occur when you start or use Word 2010, Word 2007, Word 2003, or Word 2002").
