conditional formatting local domain

Dear All,

I am trying to change the color of all of the messages which is coming from the local machine but no luck.

Its working fine for other domains but not for the local domain.

    Thank you for your response.

    Sorry I was not very clear.

    We are using MS Outlook 2010 with Exchange 2010 Server. Our Boss wants to change the format of all of the e-mails which is coming from our company.

    For Example if or domain is @contoso.com, he wants anything coming from contoso.com to change the format to blue.

    I have tried it with external domains and it is working fine.

    The local domain is an Exchange server? Because the messages don't have headers, you can't use @domain.com like you would for Internet addresses. The easiest way is to apply formatting to messages From @ (on the general tab) and let the local mail colored black, but you can create a rule to color every thing a second rule to make everything From @ black.

    When you say Domain, Are you referring to a sender from specific e-mail address or referring to e-mail service provider or a category?
