I guess I didn't think of the primary key value as it is not an issue with present state Access but can and should add for SQL Server.
Also:
I know how to create a time stamp field in SQL server tables but am wondering why you consider it an "always"?
One consideration is that in Access I love the Checkbox (Yes/No) and am not able to replicate this field type with SQL Server. Must I use Boolean 0/1 or Yes/No n SQL Server?
