Open XML Conversion failed

I'm receiving the following error in the Open XML Converter Log -> 'Conversion failed'.

I'm attempting to convert a Word 2007 file that used to convert until recently.

In the crash report I am seeing the following error noted right off:

When you say that the file used to convert until recently, are you saying that the Word 2007 file is completely unchanged since you last converted it successfully?

If you feel able to post your document somewhere where we can get at it I can try to convert it for you.

    Bugs can be reported using the Help menu's Send Feedback option.

    It's looking more and more like you've encountered a corrupt font of some sort. Use Font Book Application (it's in your Applications folder) to validate your fonts.
