    Hello,

As the issue did not resolve even after repairing the Office 365 installation, it would be best if you remove and re-install the product and verify the status.

To uninstall Office 365 from the Computer you may run the automatic ‘Fix it’ provided in the article below which removes the Office 365 traces:

     http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501

Once done, re-install Office 365 suite and verify the status.

    Thank you.

This error code is consistently showing up when ever I open my office 365 (2013 version). I tried to repair it with both quick repair and internet repair, but it doesn't work, and shows the same reoccurring message of an error. What should I do?

    Thank you for the reply.

In order to uninstall Office 365 from the Computer you may run the automatic ‘Fix it’ provided in the article below which removes the Office 2013 traces:

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501

If you were unable to run the ‘Fix it’ or if you still find the Office 365 traces then you may follow the manual steps to remove the traces in the section ‘Remove Office manually’ in the same article provided above.

Note: Ensure to read the registry disclaimer provided in the article before making any changes.

    Thank you.
