office 365 stopped working.   gave error code above.    no information available?    any ideas?

    Hello Callahan,

    I would suggest you to run the fixit available in the link below which would remove the Office traces automatically from the Computer.

    Once done, try to re-install Office 365 and verify the status.

    I have been getting the same error code and tried repairing and went to uninstall it.  When I did that it gave me the same code. I have tried turning off my antivirus software because I read on here that it might be blocking office.  Any help to fix this issue would be great.

    De un momento a otro tuve problemas con el oficce,

    no me deja abrir ningun archivo de la familia word,

    intenté repararlo y me mandó a error 30089-4

    ¿Qué puedo hacer para repararlo?
