Problem With Return Address Margin When Printing Envelopes

I recently got a new computer at work that is running Windows 8.1 and Office 2013. When I print an envelope (size 10), my return address is cut off. The margins are set to "auto", and when it prints there is a 1/2 inch margin, but the first few characters of every line are missing. Yes, I can change the margins to 1 inch and all the characters are there, but it looks stupid because the address is so far to the right. Anyone have any ideas...before I bang my head against the wall? ;)

I made sure my printer driver was up to date. Anything else you know of that I can try?

Up to date does not mean that it works! It certainly does not mean that it works the same as a previous one.

The problem is likely with the new printer driver that came with Wirdows 8.1.

I stopped using Word's envelope features around 1998 and have never really gone back. I have an envelope template that has my return address and logo and use that. My letterhead template has a macro that inserts the address into that envelope.

Otherwise, you can change the styles that Word uses to adjust to your printer and printer driver.

When you get a new computer with a new OS, you get a new printer driver, and the unprintable area may have changed.

I tried to print it on a piece of paper, but it just tells me that the job requests a #10 envelope. I'm printing on a Xerox Phaser 8560MFP. I should note that I have a brand new computer that is running Windows 8.1 and Office 2013. My previous computer and Office program printed envelopes just fine on the same printer, and I haven't changed any settings. So, as far as I know, the envelope feed is exactly the same...and the mailing address is in the correct position.
