Excel Files won't open when downloading from Microsoft Outlook Web App or when clicking Printable View in Salesforce.com

I just bought and installed Office 2013 a week ago.  Since then I have tried downloading and opening excel files from my company web-mail (Microsoft Outlook Web App) and by clicking Printable View on a Report in Salesforce.com.  In both cases, Excel Opens, but there's a blank page.  I have NO idea how to fix this problem so help is appreciated.

    Hi,

    Thank your for the reply.

Follow the below steps to disable few options let’s see if that can help us in fixing the issues.

Click on file > options> trust center> trust center settings > protected view> uncheck 1^st^ and 2^nd^ options,

Enable protected view for the files originating from internet

Enable protected view for the files located in potentially unsafe locations.

    Thank you
