Onedrive for business - Missing folder "Shared with everyone"

I have a similar issues. I just filed a presentation in the folder "share with everyone" with the assumption that "everyone" with access to the companies 365 drive could access this presentation. I now get requests from hundreds of people requesting access to this folder? So, what is the point of such a folder "share with everyone'???

Our company has 50,000 employees.... just imagine if only 10% want to see the sales presentation?

Any suggestion?

    Hi Andreas ,

Actually, there is no need to check it. I'd like to confirm some additional information to move forward.

Let' focus on one internal user (User A) first.

1.Please click the share with everyone folder -> copy the URL and send it to User A -> Let him access the files in this folder directly via the URL to check the outcome.

2.If User A can't access, please click check permissions on the screenshot you attached -> type User A -> Check. Please capture a full screenshot of the permission.

3.Please let me know how these internal users access the shared with everyone folder.

We will keep assisting you based on your updates.

    Regards,

    Sky

for the "share with anyone folder" has the permission setting for "everyone except external users" as you show above.  so i don't know what the issue here is. however, under advanced, i see that the check box under permission check is not checked. does this have to be checked?

    hi andreas,

it seems like a permission issue. so please check the permission on the "share with everyone" folder first.

1.go to your onedrive for business library, click ellipsis next to share with everyone and click share.

2.on the next page, please click shared with and see if the everyone except external users group is listed. please also capture a screenshot on your side like below for analysis.

note: to insert a screenshot, click use rich formatting on this thread and click the insert/edit button![](http://fud.community.services.support.microsoft.com/Fud/FileDownloadHandler.ashx?fid=47f49067-907b-440e-a66a-abd14cff17c1).

3.if you don't find this group due to some reason, please click invite people and share this folder with the everyone except external users group again to check the outcome.

please share any updates at your convenience.

    regards,

    sky
