Outlook draft folder not syncing between iOS and Mac

Thank you for the post.

I have latest build of Outlook on my Mac.

I have latest build of Outlook on my IOS devices.

I have a domain and email via Office 365.

When I start an email and save it to my Outlook draft folder on my iOS device, I do not see it in my Mac Outlook draft folder and vice versa.

When will this syncing of draft folders be supported? I want to move to Outlook from Apple mail but without the ability to save drafts and edit them on another device, that move is impossible.

Thanks in advance.

This is not an issue with Microsoft Office 365. This is an issue with Active Sync.

The Active SYnc protocol does not allow the syncing of the Drafts folder to an exchange sever. So, that Drafts folder will stay local to the device.

    Thanks for the quick response.

Is there any way that you are aware of to start an email on an iOS device or vice versa and be able to finish it on the other device with Outlook? Thanks in advance.

Thank you! Will look and will hope that ActiveSync gets update that allows for syncing of this folder. I so very much want to be an Outlook user over Mac mail.

    Thanks again.

The Feature is called "Continuity" - its a hand off feature build into OSX and at least iOS 8

The only way I know is if you use  the new Apple Protocol which is built into "Mail" not "Outlook" and you are on the latest OSX.

I know that El Capitan is released today.

Once you start an email in "Mail" on the iPhone, when you get close to your Mac, you can continue that email in "Mail" on the Mac...

You will not be able to use Outlook for this.
