Hi Frank,
I would like to identify whether the issue is related to the OneDrive for Business client or the SharePoint sites you mentioned. So, I need to confirm the following information:
1. Does the issue happen to OneDrive for Business libraries and new created sites?
2. Are there any errors?
3. Based on my experience, it can be caused by corrupted cache. As a result, would you mind cleaning your OneDrive for Business cache and re-syncing all the files?
The following steps shows how to clean OneDrive for Business cache:
- Close the Office applications on your computer and then kill your Office processes in the Task Manager, such as
groove.exe which is OneDrive for Business, msouc.exe, msosync.exe, officelibrary sync…
- Browse to “C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\Spw” and delete all the contents.
- Go to “C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\OfficeFileCache” and also delete all contents of this folder. This is the place where all the cached files are stored.
Note: If one or two items cannot be deleted, that's OK.
Then try to sync the file again.
Note: After you re-sync the Library, you may get a duplicated OneDrive for Business folder in Windows Explorer on your computer, please make sure everything is synced to the duplicate OneDrive for Business folder, then remove the original one
which contains some files that are not synced properly.
Thanks,
April
