Attachment cannot be downloaded

After upgraded to Outlook for Mac version 15.16, it seems there is problem to receive the attachment.  I received emails but some attachment of few email cannot be downloaded.  I do not know why but I found that the attachment can be found from web access, Outlook for Windows and reinstall the Outlook for Mac.  

What I believed the attachment was not downloaded completely and need to re-download again.  However, the current Outlook Mac version does not have a function to reload individual email.  The only way I can do is to delete my Outlook profile and reload all email again.  It does not make sense to me if I need to reload all emails to get one email's attachment.  My temp solution is to go to the web mail and forward the email to myself again.  We have few colleagues have this same issue and I hope Microsoft can address this problem as soon as possible.

    Dear Robert,

    Thanks for your information.  

    Actually we did the test and find that we can resolve the issue after we delete the profile and re-create the profile from the other Mac workstation.  However, it is impossible that we ask our colleagues to reload their thousands email from Office365 because of one attachment every couple days.

    I did find the same issue from the other posts and believed it is part of the bug from Microsoft Outlook for Mac.  Perhaps it can help to resolve the issue easily if I can reload the incomplete email individually.

    BTW, I did check that I posted the msg in the Outlook for Mac client Forum.

    Hi Tom,

    I did a test on my side and it works fine on my Outlook for Mac 15.16. The attachments can be saved and previewed correctly. Since the Outlook for Windows and Outlook Web App (https://outlook.office365.com/owa) work fine for the emails with attachments, the issue should be related to the Outlook for Mac client itself but not Office 365 online services.

    For such Outlook client related issues, the general steps we can try are to create a new profile/identity. However, if the issue persists after recreating profile/identity, we would suggest you go to our specialized Outlook for Mac client Forum for dedicated assistance since our forum mainly focuses on Office 365 Online services.
