Thanks for your information.
Actually we did the test and find that we can resolve the issue after we delete the profile and re-create the profile from the other Mac workstation. However, it is impossible that we ask our colleagues to reload their thousands email from Office365 because of one attachment every couple days.
I did find the same issue from the other posts and believed it is part of the bug from Microsoft Outlook for Mac. Perhaps it can help to resolve the issue easily if I can reload the incomplete email individually.

BTW, I did check that I posted the msg in the Outlook for Mac client Forum.
