in sharepoint online of office 365, we can’t filter all non-empty/non-blank items in a datasheet view for a list as you mentioned. as a workaround, we can create a specific datasheet view directly to display all no-blank items as below:
- go to the list and click list > create view > datasheet view.
- name the view > select the column you would like to display.
- in the filter option, select show items only when the following is true. then, show the items when column you would like to filter is not equal to blank. we don’t need type anything into the next box.
- click ok and check this datasheet view.
