I am having the same problem on an iPad. I'm using the OneNote app, I am logged in with my Microsoft account info. The login credentials are accepted, however, every time I hit the the "add notebook" link it says I have to sign in. Also, I cannot see notebooks previously created.  I've used the same credentials on a laptop and can get to my notebooks. Can you help with the iPad app problem?

Thanks, Maureen
