Mac PowerPoint font weight issues

A strange thing is happening with the latest version of Mac PPT and the Museo Sans font (only certain weights).

Weights 100, 700 and 900 all appear fine but 300 and 500 (reg and italic) don’t work now.

Furthermore, when I choose one of these problem weights from the font dropdown menu it shows up as "Museo sans 300” or "Museo sans 500” (note the lower-case “sans”) but when I choose one of the weights that actually work (100, 700 and 900) they appear in the dropdown as “Museo Sans”  (with no weight labeled and  uppercase “Sans”).

Any idea why this would happen?
