I'm totally stumped on a tracked changes issue -
My user uses tracked changes regularly, and he's found that since upgrading to Office 2013 (from 2003, I believe) he is unable to delete his insertions with tracked changes without it applying the strike-through on top of the insertion (underline). Previously, if he had tracked changes on and then inserted text, and then deleted it, it would simply delete the insertion (rather than applying the strike-through). Here are a couple notes:
This is driving him nuts. Does anyone have any tips?
Thank you!
Leah

Hi Raju,
I checked your suggestion and chose Show Markup and confirmed that it is recognizing him as the same user. All tracked changes show up as him, regardless of when he made them, but only the ones he'd done that day can be deleted.
And yes, this computer is on a domain.
Thank you,

Hello Leah,
Thank you for your reply.
Is the computer connected to a domain/network?
If you have an issue on a document click on Review tab, click on Show Markup, specific people and check if the document is recognizing same person as different author.
Reply with necessary information to check and help you better.
Thank you.
