hi antoinne,
do you use sharepoint online or on-premises sharepoint server?
for sharepoint online, if this issue is only related to ie browser, you can follow the steps below to check the outcome:
- open ie, right-click the window header and select command bar.
- click page, then click compatibility view settings.
- check the "display all pages in compatibility view", and click close.
for on-premises sharepoint server, we suggest you post a new thread in our sharepoint technet forum for professional support. it's a specific forum that handles on-premises sharepoint related questions and issues. here is a thread for your reference. thanks for your understanding.
if the issue persists with sharepoint online, please post back with the following information:
1.does this issue occur in other browser?
2.does this issue only occur in the access request page?
3.do other admins or users who can manage the requests encounter the same issue?
4.the screenshots of the error message. to post a picture, click use rich formatting>insert/edit media!\[\](http://fud.community.services.support.microsoft.com/Fud/FileDownloadHandler.ashx?fid=f60506cb-3cf3-4303-9318-f9ed3c5429d9) icon in the thread page.
best regards,
tim
