SharePoint Workflow Trigger from Inbound Email

I know that there is the possibility of exploits.  Nevertheless I did some type of solution.

We use SharePoint Online

We manage cases in SharePoint Lists and Document Libraries

Site Mail Boxes could work ... but in the current state they are a non-starter.

We need the ability for an incoming email to trigger a SharePoint Workflow.  The simple solution would be to route the emails to a Document Library -- but this is not allowed in SharePoint Online.

Requirement:

We send an email a customer asking for some information and would like them to be able to REPLY with the missing data.  Always to the same REPLY mailbox

We would like a Workflow to trigger that reads the subject and some content.  Then it adds the item to a list with the email as an attachment.

Seems pretty standard stuff -- how do we do that in SharePoint Online?  There are hints of third party tools .. but I can't find any.

HELP!!!  This is driving me nuts.  AND, BTW, using a URL link to a form is not the best answer since it assumes the individual is using a device to read email that has an enabled compatible browser.

HELP!!!!!!

    Hi Chris,

It is not feasible to use incoming emails to trigger a SharePoint workflow in SharePoint Online.

    We appreciate your understanding.

In addition, you may monitor this thread to see if other community members will share some third party methods to achieve your requirement.
