Sharepoint 365 - List View - Exclude "Created By' and "Modified By" in search?

I have a list view that is searchable but the only problem is if I search by my name, Bill, it will pop back with every list item because I created+modified them all.  Is there a way to exclude these from being searched?  I have no issues if I search for another list item that isn't me.

    Hi Bill,

We don't have a built-in function to directly exclude "Created By" and "Modify By" while performing the search in a SharePoint Online list. "Created by" and "Modify By" are out of box columns in every list. Even if we remove the crawled properties from the search crawl, these properties exits and will show up in the list view. For your reference: Exclude created by / modified by .

I don't mind them existing, I want them to not be searched from the list view.  I'm attempting to disable them from the Searchable Columns but they aren't there, so if anyone were to look for me in the Directory list, every user would show up as I created every list item.

Example, I created the list item, "John Smith" as well as myself in the List.  If anyone searches for "Bill", the results would populate both John Smith and Bill.
