To troubleshoot this issue, I would like to confirm the following information:
- Try to access this site manually typing the URL address to browser.

- Which site in office 365 did you refer to? Team site, Public website or something else?
- Could you double check if you have the proper permission to access the site? To check it, you can follow these steps:
•Locate the site on a normal machine.
•Click Site Actions->Site Settings->Site permissions under Users and Permissions
•Click Check Permissions, type your own username, and click Check Names to check permissions.
- Do any other colleagues encounter the same issue? To determine if this issue is related to the local settings or user account, please use a different browser and computer to test if it persists.
