Cannot open Sharepoint on a specific PC

Hello,

Something seems to be broken for my Office 365 Sharepoint implementation on a specific computer.  Starting yesterday, my regular PC (Windows 7 Home, Office 2010 Pro) stopped being able to access my Sharepoint files.  It doesn't sync to my Outlook client, OneDrive for Business 2013 won't connect to Sharepoint, and I can't access my site from the browser (IE, Firefox, or Chrome).  I have no issues accessing it from other computers or from my mobile device.

  • The error I get when using IE to access my sharepoint site is "Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to saladking.sharepoint.com again. If this error persists, contact your site administrator."
  • The error from ODfB is "We can't connect to the specified Sharepoint site..."
  • The error from Explorer is "The drive or network connection that the shortcut "[Name redacted].lnk" refers to is unavailable. Make sure the disk is properly inserted or the network resource is available, and then try again."

I've tried logging out (via OneNote's account management) and re-logging in, changing my password to force a re-login, etc.  No difference

I'm able to access my admin site via portal.microsoftonline.com.  But when I click on Admin --> Sharepoint, I get the same error as above.  Likewise when I try to access my sites through the portal.

Once again, it seems to be specific to this one PC as my credentials work elsewhere.

Thanks.

After doing all of the above, I finally figured it out.  Kaspersky glitched out and decided to block just my Sharepoint sites.  Had to fully uninstall to figure it out.  Thanks for the help

The first thing which runs on my mind is that if you have added the site to Trusted Site ?

Also please use the recommended settings for TLS on you browser.

Issue could also be with cached credentials, which you can clear

    social.technet.microsoft.com/.../windows-7-clear-cached-credentials

Also please check if you have any incorrect entries in Host file.

Hope this helps, please share your feedback
