Hi Azaam,
Firstly please let us know if you refer to your personal OneDrive (login with a Microsoft account e.g. *** Email address is removed for privacy ***), or OneDrive for Business (with an Office 365 work/school account). You can post any OneDrive questions in ourOneDrive forum. Thanks for your understanding.
If you refer to OneDrive for Business:
- Could you share a screenshot about the error for our reference?
To upload screenshots, you can click Use rich formatting in the forum and then click the icon of
Insert/Edit Media.
- Do you mean putting any files in the local synced folder triggered the issue?
To investigate if it is related to your PC settings, can you put any files to other local folders?
- Have you tried other libraries? For example, a team site library?
- Could you check your current sync status? Is it up to date without any error messages? Can the uploaded file (via the webpage) successfully appears in your local synced folder?
- To investigate if it is a client issue or account issue:
a. Does the issue happen to other PCs with your OneDrive for Business library?
b. Normally the error is related to a provision issue. I'd like to know if there's no problem in the UI in your OneDrive for business webpage. (E.g. many buttons grayed out or blankedĀ area)
Please let us know the information for further help.
Thanks,
Jim
