Use rich formatting under the reply box and then click Insert/Edit Media icon to upload it again.
Additionally, the files shared from others won’t be synced to the computer. As a result, we will need to access it from the web. I wonder if you mean that you cannot access your OneDrive for Business on the browser. If so, can you access it directly (not
through an invitation).
For the Outlook 2016 client issue, I suggest you open a new thread with detailed description on this forum because it seems to be different from the OneDrive issue, and it helps you get a quicker solution to the Outlook client issue.
