Excel 2016 -- Help Button Does Not Function

To whom it may concern,

Product: Excel 2016

I would like to receive some assistance with reference to Excel 2016.

Question: Why the button "Help" (?) is not working? Similarly the "Help" function via the "F1" button does not work either.

On the other end, "Help" is correctly working with Word 2016.

For me it's literally incredible that a problem already existing with Excel 2013 has not been fixed in the last three years. How can I fix this inconvenience? If you could help me it would be great.

Thank you in advance for your time and consideration

Best regards,

Alessandro

Here is what I did. I ended up uninstalling my Office 365 and re-installed it (because I also had other issues). After the re-install my other problem went away and the HELP section seems to be working better now.

    Dear Vijay,

Thank for your suggestion, but I had tried this option. Apparently it seemed that Office had repaired every bugs but then when I wanted to use the function "Help" it simply did not exist. Honestly, I do not know what to do.

    Best regards,

    Alessandro
