Users missing in sharepoint

hi,

we have an office 365 with sharepoint. 

we have about 24 users in offcie 365 but in sharepoint the users seem to be not available  :

nombre total de profils : 24

nom du compte	nom préféré	adresse de messagerie
	il n'existe aucun résultat à afficher.

quick translation from french : 

total available profile : 24

non is to be found in the search tool. 

please advise quickly.

hi laurent,

to narrow down the issue, please confirm the following information:

1. have you tried using the search box? please see:


note: it is expected that the "there are no results to display" message appears if we leave the search box blank.

if it is not the case, could you let us know more detailed description about the issue?

for example, if the user is still unavailable, dose the issue happen to all users?

2. to display the users, we can type " i " then click find. could you have a try?

please let us know the information for further troubleshooting.

Hi,

When I made my email, search was retunring nothing.

I finally got some answer later than your email. I do know why but I had  deleted all the site and it takes some hours to get back the users.
