.net framework error while using outlook

i am facing .net framework error while using outlook 2013 application

this error doesn't comes regularly

tried repairing the outlook application but the error is same

    Hi SatishYadav,

    Based on the error message and my experience, it seems to the .config file for this application or computer (machine.config) may have the jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.

    If you use Vista, Win7 or 8, please try upgrading the .net framework to the latest one.

    If you use Win 10, you can try using the system file checker tool. Here is a reference:
