Pivot fields does not appear when using Data Model to create Pivot table

I am using office 365 Proplus. I have tried using Data Model under power pivot to create pivot tables, the pivot table field dialogue box usually would appear and request us to drag the fields into row and column and values. This one has the dialogue box but there is no list of fields for us to work on.

Is there any workaround for this?

    Hi Linda,

Since our forum focuses on Office 365 for Business Online services, it is suggested that you post a new thread in our Excel IT Pro forum for professional support. It's a specific channel that handles Office applications usage related questions and issues.

    Thanks for your understanding.
