Couldn't contact the server

Hi,

I am facing several issues with my system like, I couldn't find Outlook desktop app on my computer and Microsoft office products like WORD, EXCEL etc. If I try to open any word document, it's asking to me get activation, if i try to get activation from internet i am getting error like "We couldn't contact the server. Please try again in a few minutes. ( 0x80072EE2 )".

Not only that even my adobe products can't contact server, I mean it's having troubles to sign in Adobe products. Even some websites have difficult to load and showing me "The server closed the connection without sending any data. " kind of errors.

Until yesterday everything is fine I have outlook app and MS office with my WINDOWS 10. But today i am having all these issues. Does anyone have similar issues or do you have any solution.

    Hi Teja,

    Error “0x80072EE2” indicates a network connectivity issue. Are you working on a corporate network or an external network? If you it’s the former, we would suggest you try an external network to check the outcome. Also you can follow this article to troubleshoot this issue before we proceed for further investigation.
