i have a master table in access, which is imported from Excel sheet, and its is very huge data for excel to handle,

I am trying to create a database for my company, what I wanted to do, i get the reports in different excel sheets from various vendors on daily basis, as I said before I have a master sheet which  needs to update from excel on daily basis and run a query to show the required output

How do I do it now.. help me with it,,

You listed "files" are those the Excel Files you get? I would have a table like I previously described  with at least:

    tblRates

    RateID (PK Autonumber)

    RateTypeID (FK)

    VendorID (FK)

    EffDate

    Rate

From there you can use a query to get the currently effective rates. You do not need nor want a master table that repeats data stored in your main table.

    Country

Prefix (primary key, this field has unique number)

    Bics premium

    Bics wholesale

    Ibasis premium

    Ibasis wholesale

    Voxbeam Standard

    TWILIO

    hopefully this answers your questions,
