    Hi James,

    Thanks for your updates.

We would need to confirm the details on how you share the sites with the affected users and other ones as "we have added users from the same external domain and they can log-in". Appreciate it if you can share the steps with you.

Currently, please also check as the follows.

    a. Go to Office 365 admin center > USERS > Active Users, and check whether the user exists as user_domain.com**#ext#@organization.onmicrosoft.com**. Remove the account if so.

    b. Go to the URL https://<SiteCollectionURL>/_layouts/15/people.aspx?MembershipGroupId=0, and remove the user if the user is listed.

    Then, you can,

    1. go to https://<SiteCollectionURL>/Access%20Requests/pendingreq.aspx,
    2. under EXTERNAL USER INVITATIONS, check if the invitation exists and RESEND or WITHDRAW to re-share.

Note that, when inviting the user, please directly paste the full account name into the text box.

Please feel free to share any updates and we will follow up on your case.

    Best Regards,

    Rene

    Hello,

I've done all of the above. Still no success - even when opening in Private Browsing as suggested.

I'd really like to not remake the site.

    Hi James,

You are welcome to share any updates with us.

As Harshit suggested, you can try re-sharing the site, and, for the better practice, please have the user use Private Browsing windows in Safari to sign in to access the site.

    Thanks,

    Rene

Try removing user and adding again.

Also ask the user to click the link which is sent in the Access Granted mail.

Hope there is no other SharePoint site where user is logged in using same ID in same browser.
