- My suggestion remove that folder to trash (noting the location) and put in Trash.
- Then try computer.
- If computer works fine (your Office 2011 install works okay), then you have two options:
a) Empty Trash
b) Move out of Trash
C) Select Folder
d) temporarily and hold down Control key and Choose
The computer will create an zip archive
of the folder.
e) Now move folder back to trash and empty
f) Now move the zip archive to somewhere
for backup in case you want to Try again
at later date.
