Hi,

I have a user who made changes to a document and didn't make comments when he checked in the new version.   In the version history, the Comments show as blank.  We would like to go in an and edit those blank comments to put in the change summary for the version.

Is this possible?

Hi Barsen,

It is not feasible to add/change comments after the version is created in SharePoint Online.

If it is the latest version of the file, you may consider checkout/check in once again to add the comment and delete the non-comment version.

Regards,

Ryan
