"there was an error processing the request" on SharePoint admin center O365

Friends,

i am getting an error "there was an error processing the request"while opening a particular user's profile on sharepoint admin center in O365 online environment.

It works fine if I open any other users profile. Any idea?

    hi soupau,

    to better understand the situation, i’d like to confirm the following information:

    1. have you ever opened this user’s profile? or is it a newly created one?
    2. have you done any special configuration to this user account?
    3. where is the user from , created in the cloud or synced from your on-premise environment?
    4. a screenshot containing the error message.
