Not receiving email

I've moved my domain to Office 365 by adding the name servers/DNS records where my domain is maintained. I've then upgraded my package to include email, but but I'm not receiving email when I use the email address configured.

I can see the email address and mailbox from the Exchange admin center, but when I login to Outlook online there are no emails. Emails sent from my work bounce back with

#< #5.7.0 smtp; 551 5.7.0 recipient domain does not exist in DNS> #SMTP#

Is the issue with my DNS setup?

    Hi Lisa,

To troubleshoot the issue, I’d like to collect the following information:

1.When did you move your domain to Office 365? Generally speaking, it may take about 15 minutes for changes to take effect after you create/modify a record on DNS server. Meanwhile, it can take up to 72 hours for the record that you created to propagate through the DNS system.

2.Please send me the whole content of the NDR via a private message for further checking.

Here are the steps to access the private message:

Go to Your details section on the right of the community site.

    Click Private messages.

Click the subject title of the message.

    Thanks,

    Vivian
