Problem Submitting Survey Error Message

hello,

i've been using this survey to collect data form users for a few months now and all of a sudden it gives this error...not sure what causes it.  i tried it myself on both chrome and ie and get the same error.  the file is not in use (although i recently synced it using onedrive for business).

how can i fix?

    Hello,

    I found the issue.  I had some filters on the file.  Once I cleared the filters, there were no more issues submitting the survey.

    To narrow down the issue, would you help clarify the following information?

    1. Who created this survey, you or others?
    2. Will others encounter the same issue if they submit this same survey?
    3. How about creating a new survey, will the issue happen to the new survey?
