Hey,

We are an ITSM Service Provider and we use Sendgrid to support our Customers for the E-mail  service. Recently some of our Customer used our Service for Spamming purpose and due to which our IP was blacklisted in most DNSBL Providers including Microsoft. We then managed to block the spammers and also increased our health check for Spam and made sure it is stopped.

Now, we are been whitelisted in all DNSBL including Microsoft but still in Office 365 exchange our SCL score is too high and due to which our Customers facing issues in receiving E-mails.

We are looking for a solution for this so, if you can drive us to the right support then I can share our IP so that our SCL score can be reduced and we can retain our Service.

    Hi ThushanB,

Please try submitting your Anti-Spam IP Delist request via the link https://sender.office.com/.

Moreover, may I confirm if your emails are being spammed by all exchange accounts in different Office 365 tenants or just some specific Exchange accounts?

    Thanks,

    Jasmine

    Hey Jasmine,

Thank you for the prompt response.

But we do not use Exchange and our customer's using Exchange are facing issues receiving our E-mail through Sendgrid.

We can not share this Solution to our Exchange customers since this requirement doesn't follow into their Boundary also we can not suggest all our customers to go over these settings as they do not want to Bypass their internal rule & Policy. Is there anyway to increase our SCL score after performing SPAM check from your end?

I can share you our IP if needed.

    Awaiting for your response.

    Hi ThushanB,

Here are two ways you can try:

    1. Go to Exchange admin center > protection > connection filter > add the blocked IP to the IP Allowed list.
    2. Create a transport rule by setting Bypass spam filtering referring to https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn798345(v=exchg.150).aspx.

Let me know how it goes.

    Thanks,

    Jasmine
