why can't i rename a document while sharing?

    Hi Barbara,

    From the screenshot you attached, it seems that users are co-authering. Please confirm whether there are other people editing or staying in the same file at the same time. If yes, we have published an article describing: You won’t be able to rename a file if other people are working on it at the same time you are. Wait until you’re the only one in the document, and then rename it.
