Hardware-enforced Stack Protection Compatibility Test reference

I'm doing the HLK test for a driver, this driver is a minifilter driver, for W2K22 there is a new test case" Hardware-enforced Stack Protection Compatibility Test", I did not find any reference on microsoft HLK docs (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/test/hlk/), anyone find the test docs?
