Bookings - Optional vs Required fields

I have a client with Office 365 Business and we are just setting up and testing "Bookings".

Is there a way to make the Phone number and address fields required as opposed to optional?

How can multiple managers have access to the management area for the company's booking system?  So a manager can setup the services and things but have a service person manage the bookings.

How can you get the Bookings calendar to show in Outlook for users on the account with Office 365?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Any luck on making phone number and address mandatory or at least removing the words "optional"?

I need to do the same....we are a mobile service business.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

How do you change the current settings on the bookings page - where the clients adds their details when they are making a booking.

Currently the phone number is marked as optional - I would like to change this to required.

    Many thanks

    Hi there,

    1. You have to enter your business name, address, and phone number.
    2. Administrator roll can give them to manage create, edit, or delete bookings.
    3. Bookings works great with your Outlook calendar in Office 365. If you or your staff use an Outlook.com or Google calendar, no problem—it integrates with those calendars as well.
