Changing the color of the cursor in Excel 2010

Question

Hi, I am wondering if it’s possible to change the color of the cursor in Excel.

Pls. refer to the screenshot below.

The cursor is sitting at location C4.

The way I look at it, it somehow just blend with the rest of the boxes around it.

QUESTIONS:

1.) Is it possible that the outline of the box be changed to a blue color so that it stands-out from the rest? When moving around, it will always stand-out.

2.) Additionally, aside from changing its outline color, can we fill it up with a light color? (light yellow, maybe?)

One more method to highlight the active cell.

You'll have to replace the 32-bit API declarations with their 64-bit equivalent. See http://www.utteraccess.com/wiki/index.php/Category:API for a list of APIs.

What Hans is indirectly saying, is NO, you cannot change the cursor color the way you describe in Excel. The cursor is a Windows feature.

I have tried the RowLiner, but i got some Compile error that says like this:

Do you have any idea how to fix this?
