I have been having problems with my excel. im using a website called myeducator.com and i downloaded an excel file from that website. i enabled macros and clicked assignment. i then clicked task guide, which usually brings up the tasks that i need to complete. however, i can't click on the right button to go to the next task. instead, the cursor shows the highlighting tool. when i double click it, the thing crashes and restarts. i am having real problems. i tried uninstalling and installing it again buy nothing happened. anyone know whats the problem?

    Hi NealChan,

Sorry for the late response. Please try to press Tab to move the "|" cursor onto the arrows, then press "PgUp/Up" and "PgDn/Down" to go to the next task.

In addition, in Safe mode, only the Solver add-in is launched. You can uninstall Solver and re-install it from its official site~~. If the issue persists, you can contact themyeducator Support Center for dedicated help.~~

    Hi NealChan,

We've received the information in your PM. As the issue doesn't happen on my side (Office version 16.0.7167.2060), the issue might be related to your Excel client. Given this situation:

    1. Please temporarily close other 3rd party apps when running Excel.
    2. Upgrade Office to the latest version: click File > Account > Update.

You can also share the Office version number with us.

    1. Check if it is related to the add-ins, try opening the file in Safe mode:

    Right click Start > Run > excel.exe /s >click Macros > View Macros > Assignment tools > Run > Task Guide.

Please let us know the updates for further help.

    Thanks,

    Jim

    Hi NealChan,

the issue might be related to the file itself rather than Excel client. To investigate it:

    1. Could you send a related screenshot and the problematic file for our reference? I've send you a PM to request the information:
