I have been having problems with my excel. im using a website called myeducator.com and i downloaded an excel file from that website. i enabled macros and clicked assignment. i then clicked task guide, which usually brings up the tasks that i need to complete. however, i can't click on the right button to go to the next task. instead, the cursor shows the highlighting tool. when i double click it, the thing crashes and restarts. i am having real problems. i tried uninstalling and installing it again buy nothing happened. anyone know whats the problem?

    Hi AlexandreBellini,

I didn't as I don't have the myeducator account. We'd suggest you email the myeducator support as it appears that the issue is related to myeducator.

once we can identity if it is not an Office client issue. For example:

    1. Check if the issue only happen to the documents downloaded from that site.

    2. You can share your Office version.

You can also try the workarounds I posted before.

@Neal, please also let us know your friend's Office version number as well.

Hi there, I am having the exactly same issue. Have you contacted myeducator about this? Do they have a fix for it?
