Timeout error when creating excel dataset

Hi All,
I am loading data from excel source on our Azure VM to ADLS. When i tried to create the dataset for the source (.xlsx) i am getting the following message.

Failed to import source schema. The excel file 'CaseData.xlsx' size is big and will lead interactive operation timeout, please use sample file to have import schema, preview data and get worksheet list. . Activity ID: 0829d9c7-28d3-4203-b28a-36a111ebbd0f

The size of the file is 148,310 KB, are there any file size limitations? Please advice.

Thanks for the question and using MS Q&A platform.

Yes, there is a known limitation when trying to create excel dataset, or have "import schema", "preview data" and "refresh" on dataset, if the excel file is big.
