    Hi,
According to the asus website information below. It always could be related to our video card.
    https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1037691/
Also the settings below also will stop display settings from changing.

    1. Press Windows key+R to launch Run window on your computer.
    2. Type “Control Panel” then hit Enter to open Control Panel window.
    3. In the Control Panel window, on the top-right corner, click on the search box and then type “intel“.
    4. Now, click on “Intel HD Graphics” which will appear in the search results.
    5. In the Intel HD Graphics Control Panel window, click on “Power” settings to modify it.
    6. In the Power settings window, on the left-hand side of the window, click on “On Battery“.
    7. Under ‘Display Power Saving Technology‘ settings, click on “Disable” to disable it.
    8. Click on “Apply” to apply the settings on your computer.
Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.
      Best Regards,
      Carl

Thank you guys! I have a Rog Strix with AMD Radeon and i had the same problem for 2 days and i found the solution in armoury crate, on the right side at system configuration and disabled the "panel power saver" exactly as you said and now it's all solved. Thank you again!
