Has anyone had this issue and if so, how do I resolve it?

Hi Triland,

Glad to hear Groups work on your side now. I'd like to make a summary about the case, so other community members who come across the thread will easily find the useful information:

============================

Issue description:

When we go to classic Office 365 admin center -> click groups, you will get an error message "The server was unable to process the request due to an internal error. For more information about the error, either turn on IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults (either from ServiceBehaviorAttribute or from the <serviceDebug> configuration behavior) on the server in order to send the exception information back to the client, or turn on tracing as per the Microsoft .NET Framework SDK documentation and inspect the server trace logs. "

Solution:

Our related team has fixed the issue from backend.

===========================

If you have any other questions, feel free to post a new thread and we will keep assisting you from there.

Regards,

Sky

    Hi Triland Property,

    Thank you for your post. From my experience you may encounter this error when calling a WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) endpoint from a client.

    Do you experience this error on the old Office 365 admin center? Here is an article for your reference.

    Please provide some information to understand the scenario.

    1.) What type of services in Office 365 did you encounter this error? Is it from Office 365 groups, Outlook on the Web (OWA), etc. ?

    2.) Please provide the detailed steps on how you receive this “error request” while using Office 365.

    3.) Does the error occurs on the Outlook client or on the Outlook on the Web (OWA)?

    4.) Your Office 365 subscription plan. If you are not sure about this, please provide us the Full email address you use in Office 365 and share it in this Private Message link.

    5.) The Screenshot of the error.

    Looking forward to your updates.
